Free Learnings + Sales Techniques

Second Chapters; How I Reinvented Myself In The Second Chapter Of My Life

"My circle is tight. It seems my circle has gotten smaller and healthier over the years. This is something I’ve had to learn over time. Unfortunately, I’ve had to learn this the hard way. The key is paying attention so I’m getting the lesson and not repeating it. My Grandfather had a saying that usually came after you’ve made some really bad decision to do something that did not serve you. In the kindest, gentlest way, he would say to you “Did you learn anything?” Also, I do have a mentor who I have the utmost respect for in business and his personal life. I check in with him on a regular basis to make sure I’m not off track on my overall big picture vision for my ideas."

Connect & Convey Value

Hey, it's difficult for you to connect and convey value in person or over the phone? And by that, I mean the in person human connection part, that part that can never be outsourced, that only happens in the now.

Well, the best way to connect and convey value is to take your statements, anything you're about to say and turn it into a question.

Remember this, if you say it, I doubt you.

But if they say it ah, that's true.

Swipe Left : Dating, it's Kind of like Sales

Falling in love can make everything else just sort of disappear. It's like time stops. But what happens after you're not so in love anymore...The world didn't stop spinning just for you.

As part of NPR's Unheard LA show in North Hollywood, William Wesley Walls shared his evolution.

The Biggest Mistake Small Business Owners Make

So the number one problem I see people, entrepreneurs, and small business owners make over and over again. Is NOT talking about themselves before they ask questions.

However, questions without rapport, is interrogation. You know how it is. Somebody asks me questions. It's like, Oh, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. You don't know me like that. Give me some rapport, you know?

There's a relationship that needs to be built, a trust that needs to grow, and none of that can happen when you get straight to the point.

The power of language is immense, and that is why I specialize in. The power of language to grow your business.

So my question to you is, how do you see me helping you?
